I am Jan Taylor, and I have been enjoying my Real Estate Career in Santa Cruz County for 28+ years now. I love the people, details, and solving challenges. Mainly, I am so Grateful to live in this diverse area I call Home!
I am proud to have earned two designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). These are similar to a Masters and PhD in Real Estate.  (Only 4% of Realtors Nationwide hold these).
I have made a commitment to my Education: taking seminars and classes every year to stay up to date with new information which may affect my clients, enhancing my skills and keeping abreast of trends in the marketplace.

My enthusiasm for my work translates into a history of repeat and referral business. I have great relationships in my local Real Estate Community, and this serves my clients well.  As an honest, thorough and respected Realtor, I receive a positive reaction to my transactions on behalf of my clients.

I volunteer time in my Community, and donate 3% of every commission to the Charity of my clients' choice; thus giving back to our unique and wonderful Paradise by the Sea.

My focus is to build long term, quality relationships with my clients: I tell my Buyers to choose carefully, as most stay in their Homes for years...that's why I call myself, "The Matchmaker of Santa Cruz County!" I want to be your Real Estate Advisor for Life!
